Lynnette Bertelli joined the Ratel team in 2002. She has advanced from Regional Manager to being Finance Manager for the company. Lynnette handles finance, accounting and property management matters.

Prior to working with Ratel, Lynnette was an accountant for Engineered Concrete Placement, a Portable Batch Plant company which gave Lynnette extensive experience in payroll, accounting, and job costing in the heavy-construction, unionized industry. Before accounting, Lynnette was a Systems Analyst with Blue Shield of CA, acting as a designer, developer, trainer, and liaison between Blue Shield and EDS to develop the first real-time computer system for insurance billing and claims processing.

When not working, Lynnette enjoys her time with family, whether it be with their horses, dog and cats, hiking and fishing, or volunteering for animal rescue groups and groups that support people less fortunate than herself. She also enjoys traveling abroad and exploring different and exotic experiences of life. Lynnette holds her degree in Business Amin and Accounting through various colleges: Santa Rosa JC, UC Berkley, Mendocino, and Woodland CC. Lynnette has also extended her education in specific areas to enhance her job requirements which include Tax Law, Business Law, Real Estate Law, Computer Programming and Skills, Management and Psychology.
