Mr. Pinter is of counsel to the firm and is Ratel’s broker of record. Mr. Pinter has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years as a developer, private investor and broker. In addition, he spent several decades as a senior executive in large public corporations and in a venture-backed start up. Prior to joining Ratel Investments, Mr. Pinter was founder and CEO of Portico West Inc., a real estate firm specializing in raw land development, new construction, renovation and condominium conversion.

He received his BA and JD from The College of William & Mary in Virginia, is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and is a licensed broker with the state of California.
