Ms. Stevens joined Ratel in 2007 and been challenged with an ever-escalating list of tasks. As Ratel’s Director of Operations, she focuses on investor communications. Ms. Stevens also works with Ratel’s outside vendors, and internal stakeholders, to implement IT solutions and automate critical internal processes.

Prior to joining Ratel, Ms. Stevens worked for the Swaney Corporation in the contract management department. She acted as liaison to the legal team and successfully managed dozens of successful construction litigations. Anna has also worked in local government and has a wealth of experience in real estate asset management. Anna's expertise stretches through all phases of real estate development - entitlement, funding, construction, property management, all the way through to sale of the asset.

Outside of work Anna particularly enjoys hiking the trails of Mount Tamalpais. She also loves pilates, swimming, and spending time with her family. Anna and her husband have four children: three boys and one amazing little girl, plus a dog. Anna also volunteers her time in the local schools and is involved in the Sea Ranch association, a well-known development in northern Sonoma County, CA. Ms. Stevens' formal education is in the legal field; she became a paralegal through a program at Sonoma State University and continues to maintain her education and licenses to this day. Anna also serves on the board of directors for 415 IT.
